The Company’s Board of Directors determines the size and procedure of payment of remuneration, bonus principles of Corporate Secretary, taking into account recommendations of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
General Director of the Company enters into an employment contract with a person whose candidacy is approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, on the terms and conditions determined by the Company’s Board of Directors.
Under the terms and conditions of the employment contract Corporate Secretary of Rosseti Centre is paid a monthly remuneration.
