According to the notice dated 16 January 2023, «Federal Grid Company – ROSSETI», PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY («ROSSETI», PJSC) acquired the right to directly dispose of 50.69% of the shares constituting the authorized capital of the Company, by way of universal succession as a result of the reorganization of «Federal Grid Company – ROSSETI», PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY by merger of Public Joint Stock Company ROSSETI and Far Eastern Energy Management Company – UNEG, Public Joint Stock Company to it.
According to a notification (12.04.2021), Prosperity Capital Management Limited directly or indirectly has the right to dispose of 21.01% of shares constituting the authorized capital of the Company.
Rosseti Centre, PJSC has authorized shares (258 532 ordinary shares at the par value of ten (10) kopecks each for the total amount at the par value of RUB 25 853.20). The specified shares were formed as the difference between authorized (42 218 200 000) and placed (42 217 941 468) shares in the course of reorganization of the Company in the form of affiliation of regional grid companies in 2008.
Rosseti Centre, PJSC has no information about the existence of ownership percentage of shares exceeding five per cent, besides those already disclosed by the Company.
Rosseti Centre, PJSC has no information on possible acquisitions or the acquisition by certain shareholders of the degree of control disproportionate to their participation in the authorized capital of the Company, including on the basis of shareholder agreements.
