Components of the remuneration of members of the Management Board:

  • constant component:

    • monthly personal allowance of up to 15% of the established official salary;
    • wages of members of the Management Board who are employees of Rosseti Centre in accordance with the terms of employment contracts.
  • variable component – paid based on the results of achieving key performance indicators and depends on the degree of KPI achievement for the reporting year (until 2020 inclusive – for the reporting quarter and year).
