2006 — providing the power supply for the construction of a large pig farm in Lev-Tolstovsky district; power supply for the construction of a brick plant in the Special Economic Zone; development of the budget management system in the enterprise (SAP SEM BPS); power supply of the largest cattle-breeding complex “Lipetskmyasoprom”.

2007 — opening of the Customer Service Centre in Yelets; identifying priority action program for construction and reconstruction of power grid facilities of JSC “Lipetskenergo” and Unified national energy system in the territory of the Lipetsk region; further implementation of the Quality Policy (implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the requirements of Standard ISO 9001:2000); approval of the Standard of customer service.

2008 — opening Customer Service Centers in Lipetsk and Dankov; conducting the first internal QMS audit; completion of the construction of the SS 110/10 kV “Terbunsky”.

2009 — commissioning of the SS 110/10 kV substation “University”; the transition to RAB — regulation; technological connection of a new cattle-breeding complex in Terbunsky district (the connected power — 1260 kW); signing of a cooperation agreement with the regional office of “Opora of Russia”; an upgraded control room in Eletsky Electrical Networks was commissioned.

2010 — commissioning of the first stage of the SS 110/10 kV “Manezhnaya”, participation in the improvement and power supply of the city of Zadonsk in the Lipetsk region.

2011 — further reconstruction of the SS 110 kV “Bugor”; commissioning of the second transformer at the SS110 kV “Manezhnaya”, further implementation of automated control of activities in the service of mechanization and vehicles in the software Sharepoint; transition to a new target model of operational and technological management.
