Executive bodies:

In accordance with the Articles of Association of Rosseti Centre, PJSC the executive bodies of the Company are as follows:

• General Shareholders' Meeting
• Board of Directors
• Management Board
• General Director.

There are operating committees under the Board of Directors that are created by the Board of Directors of the Company to work out issues within the competence of the Board, and develop appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive bodies of the Company:

• Reliability Committee 
• Audit Committee
• Strategy and Development Committee
• Committee for Personnel and Remuneration 
• Committee for technological connection to power grids
