Strategy of the company

The strategic development of Rosseti Centre is carried out in accordance with the goals and objectives of the development of PJSC Rosseti and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the Rosseti group of companies), and is also focused on the implementation of the tasks provided for by:

• the Energy Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2035;
• the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation with low greenhouse gas emissions until 2050, approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 29 October 2021 No. 3052-r;
• decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 7 May 2018 № 204 No. 204 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024” (as amended by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 21 July 2020 No. 474);
• forecasts of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for 2024 and for the planning period of 2025 and 2026;
• other documents of state strategic planning in the electric power industry.

The development of the Rosseti group of companies involves a transition to a business model of modern innovation infrastructure.

It is planned to achieve the goals through the development of the main areas of activity: digital transformation, development of new types of business, further increase in operational and investment efficiency, development of human resources and others.
