During the reporting period, as a result of the inspections carried out by the supervisory authorities, no violations of environmental requirements were revealed, there are no penalties for IDGC of Centre, PJSC.

The company strives to apply the most modern technologies and solutions that ensure a high level of environmental safety. The best examples (novelties, most effective) are:

• Isolation of current-carrying parts of substation busbars using highly efficient systems, which makes it possible to increase the reliability and safety of power supply, reduce accidents during operation, and also exclude the death of animals and birds.
• The use of self-supporting insulated wires (SIW), which allows to increase reliability, as well as completely eliminate the death of animals and birds on overhead lines.
• Application of ecological neutralizers of oil products.
• Installation of anti-bird barriers on overhead lines of 35 kV and above to exclude the possibility of landing or nesting of birds on overhead lines.
• Installation of special bird protection devices on 6-10 kV overhead lines.
