2006 — start of the successful implementation of vacuum circuit breakers to replace obsolete and worn-out oil ones at the Tambovenergo substations.

2007 — 35 kV vacuum circuit breakers were used. 110 kV isolating-short-circuiting switches of were being replaced with gas-insulated circuit breakers of Siemens Company; 108 km of overhead power lines were reconstructed. 21 column type gas-insulated circuit breakers, 15 vacuum circuit breakers BB-TEL of 10 kV and 5 vacuum circuit breakers at the supply substations were installed.

2008 — the re-equipment, reconstruction of power facilities was continued, active construction of new ones, an overhaul of substations and overhead transmission lines of 110 kV and 35 kV was performed.

2009 — the technical re-equipment of substations was performed. At the 35/6 kV substation “Don”, located in Michurinsk, a second power transformer was installed, the company implemented technological connection of “Talvis” enterprise in the village of Novaya Lyada of the Tambov region with its capacity of 5 MW.

2010 — transition to RAB-regulation; 16 MVA transformer was replaced for 25 MVA at substation #5, vacuum circuit breakers were replaced with gas-insulated ones at the substation “Rasskazovskaya”.
