Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region reported improved financial results under IFRS in the first quarter of 2026

According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region demonstrated positive dynamics in their key financial results under International Financial Reporting Standards.

Rosseti Centre increased its revenue to RUB 42.6 billion, a 13.3% increase compared to the first quarter of 2025. The company’s profit reached RUB 4 billion, an increase of 21.2%. EBITDA increased by 3.9% to RUB 10.6 billion. The company’s assets as at 31 March 2026 reached RUB 176.1 billion, an increase of 1.2% compared to the figures as at 31 December 2025.

Rosseti Centre and Volga region also demonstrated positive growth. The company’s revenue for the first quarter of 2026 amounted to RUB 46.4 billion, a 14% increase year-on-year. Profit increased by 25.7%, reaching RUB 8.8 billion. EBITDA grew by 16.3% to RUB 17.1 billion. The company’s assets as at 31 March 2026 reached RUB 215.9 billion (up 2.3% compared to 31 December 2025).

“The growth of key indicators is primarily due to increased revenue from electricity transmission, as well as efficient operating activities. The financial results for the first quarter reflect the companies’ stable operations under high production loads, which allows us to fully meet our obligations and consistently modernize our electric grid infrastructure,” noted Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
