A working meeting between Alexander Bogomaz and Boris Ebzeev held in Bryansk

18 February 2026

Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz met with Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, as part of the working visit to the region of the power grid company’s head. The parties discussed issues of power supply reliability for consumers and implementation of production programs at the branch of Rosseti Centre - Bryanskenergo.

Particular attention was paid to the maintenance and repair program of the electric grid complex. In 2026, Bryanskenergo will allocate more than RUB 472 million for its implementation, and BryanskElectro LLC (part of the Rosseti Group of Companies) will allocate almost RUB 133 million. Funds are also allocated for clearing routes along overhead power lines of trees and shrubs, repairing transformers and switching devices, and replacing insulators, wires, and transmission line poles.

It was noted that the prompt restoration of power facilities damaged by fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces is being closely monitored. The branch has established procedures for continuously monitoring the condition of equipment and coordinating with relevant services. “I would like to thank Boris Ebzeev and the teams of the branch of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - Bryanskenergo and BryanskElectro LLC, under the leadership of Fyodor Kapshukov, for their coordinated 24/7 work, and for ensuring that, despite all the difficulties, power is restored to our residents as quickly as possible,” stressed Alexander Bogomaz.

“We continuously monitor the condition of power facilities, and when incidents occur, our personnel act strictly according to established procedures. At the same time, the safety of our employees remains our priority - all work is carried out in compliance with the necessary safety measures. The job of the power engineers is to ensure reliable power supply. To this end, we are consistently implementing production programs and systematically supporting and developing the power grid facilities,” emphasized Boris Ebzeev.
