The training was conducted in person, online, and blended formats, with in-person training remaining the most popular. The employees received training both at corporate training centres and specialized educational institutions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Bryansk, Smolensk, Tula, Orel, Kaluga, Tver, Izhevsk, and other cities.

The corporate training centres play a key role in the companies’ personnel training system: in 2025, 33,000 people were trained there. Over the course of the year, the facilities and equipment were significantly upgraded, modern equipment was purchased, over 70 new educational programs were developed and implemented, and modern teaching methods and technologies were actively applied.

“The reliable operation of the electric grid and the quality of power supply to consumers directly depend on the level of training of the specialists who work daily at energy facilities. Therefore, we are upgrading our training facilities, introducing new programs, and focusing on high-quality training for production personnel. The energy security of 20 Russian regions depends on the competencies of each member of our large team,” noted Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
