On behalf of Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, regional Boards were held for the first time in all branches of the Companies, in which directors, supervisors and employees of the branches, as well as heads of Distribution Zones took part.
During the Boards, the results of 2022 were summed up, and targets for 2023 were also identified. The participants discussed the implementation of the main technical and investment programs, work in the direction of services, achievements in metering and reducing electricity losses, analyzed data on violations in grids, results of activities in the field of grid connection, as well as measures implemented within the framework of the “Year of Safety”. A separate topic was communication with consumers, in particular, holding weekly “Customer Days”.
In 2022, the teams of the branches, despite the difficult times, managed to achieve good results. As a token of gratitude, honorary awards were presented to the best employees and teams of the Distribution Zones.
“The branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region work according to the same standards, while each, of course, has its own regional specifics. The format of the Board, where a direct dialogue is possible with managers who work “on the ground”, allows you to check how competently the branches use and comply with these standards, as well as find successful projects, the experience of implementing which can be replicated throughout the entire scope of the Companies’ service area” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region Igor Makovskiy.
