On 2 November, the fifth final module of the corporate educational program of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region was completed.
Eight teams were trained, they worked in groups and developed projects for strategic development of the companies. As a result, the expert council, headed by CEO of the energy companies Igor Makovskiy, was presented with final qualification works in the field of customer services, improving internal corporate efficiency and creating new product solutions.
Andrey Shishakov, Russian business coach, professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, moderated the “Strategic Dialogue 2022”.
The special prize of General Director of the Companies Igor Makovskiy was given to two projects “Management of the efficiency of workshops” and “Client 360”. According to the voting results of the participants, the “Microgrid as a service” initiative was recognized as the best development.
The highlight of the event was the speech of the traveler and writer Fyodor Konyukhov, who told the audience how he managed to “compress time” to conquer so many peaks, and how “ambition and patriotism” helped him in this.
Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC congratulated all the participants on the completion of the Program and outlined the vector for the change team’s further work: “Today we must exert all our strength, form a single stream of the “energy of the Russian spirit”, in order to make a leap in the era of unprecedented sanctions pressure and restrictions, to create fundamentally new sovereign technology industries, to form the outstripping development of the economy of the company, industry and country”.
