The interaction of power engineers of Rosseti Centre and the business community of the Lipetsk region is aimed at simplifying the conditions for grid connection

28 October 2022 As part of the agreements reached by Governor of the Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov and General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Igor Makovskiy, representatives of the energy company held a meeting with the business community of the region, where they discussed changes in regulatory and legal aspects.

Innovations in the legislation are related to the issue of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation on reducing the time for connecting small and medium-sized businesses to the power grid, and are also due to the introduction of new tariffs for grid connection.

The branch of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - Lipetskenergo participates in the implementation of the pilot project “Regional Investment Standard”, designed to reduce barriers to business, including those related to the availability and transparency of connection to grids.

Also, the company’s representatives participate in the Board for consideration of acts on non-metered consumption, created for prompt resolution of emerging disputes between power engineers and business representatives in a pre-trial order. The results of the work of the Board are under control of the executive authorities.

“Joint work with the Government of the region within the framework of the approved legislation, which we are actively pursuing, is aimed at developing a transparent mechanism for interaction with the energy company and significantly reducing the time for grid connection. We make all decisions based on interests of both residents of the region and representatives of the business community,” stressed Vladislava Rezakova, Deputy General Director for Sale of Services of Rosseti Centre, PJSC.
