Igor Makovskiy: The “Branch Day” allowed to openly discuss topical issues of development of the energy complex of the Ivanovo region

14 July 2022 On 14 July, the Ivenergo Day took place in the capital office of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, during which the companies’ General Director Igor Makovskiy discussed topical issues of the enterprise’s work and plans for the future with the branch’s management.

Today, the branch provides reliable power supply to the Ivanovo region, where about 980 thousand people live. In the service area of Ivenergo there are 140 substations of a voltage class of 35-110 kV with a total capacity of 2.6 megavolt amperes, 4,748 transformer substations of 0.4/6/10 kV, more than 17.5 thousand km of power lines.

As part of the Branch Day, the head of the energy companies and his specialized deputies considered Ivenergo’s development program for the period of 2022-2024, among the main points of which are projects for connection of new facilities to the company’s grids and issues of installing street lighting.

It was noted that in 2021-2022, the branch took an active part in the implementation of the Street Lighting Development Program in the capital of the region, as a result of which the number of streets in the city of Ivanovo, where there is lighting, reached 97%. Based on this experience, the branch plans to cover 100% of the outdoor lighting market in the region by 2024.

“The geography of our companies’ branches covers 20 subjects of the Russian Federation. We are constantly in working communication with them, but it is personal meetings with leaders that open up new opportunities for a constructive dialogue. The Branch Day is a useful tool for exchanging experience and clear coordination of actions in achieving the Companies’ strategic goals,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
