Igor Makovskiy: the future of energy belongs to competent and highly professional staff

30 May 2022 Power engineers of Rosseti Centre and Volga region held an open doors day for graduate students of the Vladimir State University.

This event had a vocational focus, the purpose of which was to introduce girls and boys to vacancies of the energy company.

Alexey Magon, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational, Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre, told his future colleagues about the operation of Vladimirenergo’s Grid Control Centre.

The young people learned about the responsibilities of the Grid Control Centre’s operator, about the organization of rest during the work process and, most importantly, about modern software systems used in the work of the operator.

“The power industry always requires competent specialists who can work effectively in the new conditions associated with the use of digital technologies. In turn, in such a busy time, the company guarantees stability, social security, and participation in the life of the corporate culture,” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Igor Makovskiy.

The participants of the tour could not fail to note the reliability of the company, and following the results of the meeting, most of the university graduates expressed their desire to work at the Vladimirenergo branch.
