Igor Makovskiy: Rosseti Centre provides consumers with uninterrupted power supply in the conditions of the yellow level of terrorist threat introduced by the government in four regions

Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, held a weekly operational meeting, at which some key issues on the current agenda of the Companies’ activity were worked out.

On 11 April, in Russia, the yellow level of terrorist threat was introduced in the Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh and Bryansk regions. In this regard, the main decisions taken at the meeting were focused on the uninterrupted and safe operation of the power grid complex in these subjects.

“The work of some of our branches has been switched to the operation mode provided for by a special regulation jointly developed with the border Distribution Zones. It provides, on the one hand, greater opportunities for the use of remote work, on the other hand, more frequent monitoring, timely detection and quick response to any emergency situations,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.

At the same time, it was once again pointed out that the developed solutions must strictly follow the Year of Occupational Safety announced in the company with appropriate measures aimed at preventing industrial injuries.​
