At the meeting of the commission, which was chaired by General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, negotiations were held with representatives of the trade union organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region on the regulation of social and labour relations as part of the development and conclusion of the Bargaining Agreement.
The head of the energy company, opening the meeting, thanked the primary trade union organizations for effective interaction and emphasized that efforts aimed at strengthening the corporate social partnership system contribute to protecting the interests of employees and providing them with comfortable and safe working and rest conditions.
Within the framework of the negotiations, further improvement of the Bargaining Agreement was discussed in order to increase the level of remuneration and additional material payments. With the unconditional preservation of all existing benefits and guarantees, these measures will provide reliable support to personnel in all regions of the Company’s presence.
“Our goal, first of all, is to provide each employee with a decent level of wages and additional benefits and guarantees. Honest and open negotiations with trade unions to conclude the Bargaining Agreement of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC are aimed at increasing the level of social security of employees, which means creating conditions for stable work and further development of the company,” stressed Igor Makovskiy.
