Shares of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region included in the Non-quoted part of the list of securities admitted to trading on the St. Petersburg Exchange

On 5 November 2024, PJSC St. Petersburg Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange) made a decision to include, at the initiative of the Exchange, from 6 November 2024, shares of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC in the Non-quoted part of the list of securities admitted to trading organized by the Exchange. The decision to list the securities was made in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2.1 of Article 14 of Federal Law of 22 April 1996 No. 39-FZ “On the Securities Market”, that is, without concluding a listing agreement.
