Dear shareholders of Rosseti Centre (the public name of Rosseti Centre, PJSC)!
In order to comply with the rules set out in Chapter 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation “Tax on income of physical persons” (para. 3, Art. 230), Rosseti Centre (the public name of Rosseti Centre, PJSC) informs you of the procedure for providing a certificate of income of physical persons, received in the form of dividends and deducted tax amount.
To receive the specified certificate, you need to send to Rosseti Centre the corresponding application in electronic form or on paper (the sample application — below).
The application signed by the shareholder on paper must be sent or handed over in person to the address: Malaya Ordynka, 15, Moscow, 119017, attention: IR-Division. In the case of shareholders residing at the location of the Company’s branches, the application must be sent or handed over personally to the contact persons of the branches, information about which is posted on the Company’s website at the following address: https://www.mrsk-1.ru/en/investors/contacts/.
Also, a scanned image of the application signed by the shareholder in electronic form can be sent by e-mail to ir@mrsk-1.ru, Gorina.MV@mrsk-1.ru or to the email addresses of the contact persons of the Company’s branches, information about which is posted on the Company’s website at https://www.mrsk-1.ru/en/investors/contacts/.
Due to the fact that the data are confidential, you can get the certificate in person or through a representative with a corresponding power of attorney executed in the prescribed manner, at the address: Malaya Ordynka, 15, Moscow, IR-Division, or the contact persons of the Company’s branches, information about which is posted on the Company’s website at https://www.mrsk-1.ru/en/investors/contacts/.
If the shareholder’s application specifies the delivery method “by mail”, Rosseti Centre (the public name of Rosseti Centre, PJSC) sends the certificate by mail to the address indicated in the application.
