Igor Makovskiy opened the IX Board of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region

1 March 2023 Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, opened the annual professional Board dedicated to summing up the results of the energy company’s activities for 2022 and approving priority tasks for 2023.

The event brought together 136 people in Kaluga: heads of the executive office and 20 branches of the Company, chiefs of Distribution Zones, as well as directors of corporate training centres. 18,200 people have joined the work of the Board online.

In his speech, General Director emphasized that all the targets set for 2022 had been achieved and thanked the team for their work.

The head of the energy companies noted that 2023 had been declared the Year of the Young Specialist and launched the Young Leaders corporate competition. The winners will receive a guarantee of employment in the target managerial position and a training grant in the amount of five hundred thousand rubles.

Igor Makovskiy launched a number of social initiatives aimed at supporting the employees of the Companies.

Firstly, 50,000 rubles will be received by young employees who are employed for the first time after educational institutions in specialized specialties.

Secondly, employees with three or more children will receive additional paid leave. Additional vacation days are calculated according to the number of children.

Thirdly, a fund will be created to support and assist workers participating in the Special Military Operation and a special infrastructure project, as well as members of their families.

“Colleagues, I want to thank each of you for your work in the difficult year of 2022, because the successful operation of the enterprise depends, first of all, on a strong and professional team! We have big plans for 2023, I’m sure we will cope with them!” stated Igor Makovskiy.
