Igor Makovskiy opened the VI Collegium of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region in Tula

The already traditional event is attended by heads of the executive office and branches of 20 regions of the Companies’ presence, key managers responsible for development of additional services and services, chiefs of Distribution Zones, as well as directors of corporate training centres. 16,200 people have joined the work of the Collegium online.

The main agenda of the event is summing up the results of activities of the energy companies for the first half of 2021, their assessment and approval of priority tasks for the second half of the year.

In his opening speech, Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region, assessed the fulfillment of tasks to reduce losses, increase non-tariff revenue and labour productivity. These tasks were set by the previous Collegium. He also focused on holding events in the field of customer focus, aimed at meeting the needs of the Companies’ customers and increasing their loyalty.

In continuation of the report, the head of the energy companies focused on the results of work in the development of additional services and services that are in demand among the population and organizations of the regions. Over the past 6 months, the Companies’ revenue in this area exceeded 1.4 billion rubles, which is 58% more than in the same period in 2020 (908 million rubles). Employees of the companies implemented the largest project in the history of Yaroslavl to modernize street lighting networks, performed work to support grid connection with the aim of developing small businesses in the Yaroslavl, Kaluga and Ryazan regions, modernized the power grid infrastructure of Nizhny Novgorod in preparation for the 800th anniversary of the city.

“We are currently carrying out colossal work to improve channels and mechanisms for obtaining feedback from residents and organizations through the massive implementation of interactive services. We strive to expand the range of services to meet all the needs of our customers.

This is one of the key priorities that will allow the companies to improve the efficiency of their operations and open up new opportunities for development,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region.
