According to Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia from 24.01.2013 № 24-29, the functions of a supplier of last resort in the Bryansk, Orel and Kursk regions from 1 February 2013 were transferred to IDGC of Centre.

According to Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia from 25.04.2013, the functions of a supplier of last resort in the Tver region from 1 May 2013 were transferred to IDGC of Centre. The notice of change of the supplier of last resort is on the web-site of the Regional Energy Commission of the Tver region.
