Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region to ensure enhanced control over the electricity supply to 19,731 polling stations during the election days

A unified voting day will be held in Russia from 18 to 20 September. Elections for representatives of government bodies at various levels will be held in 20 regions where Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region operate. Residents will also vote for governors in the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Tver regions.

Power companies will ensure stable power supply to 19,731 polling stations. To this end, the companies have enhanced monitoring of power facilities, conducted additional inspections, suspended scheduled repairs, and enhanced security measures.

Specialists and managers have been placed on duty around the clock at all branches. More than 1,700 crews, including 5,974 specialists equipped with 3,218 specialized vehicles, have been transferred to an enhanced work schedule. 798 backup power sources with a total capacity of over 81 MW have been prepared.
