The power engineers have restored most of the affected facilities

The work to restore electricity supply, interrupted on December 5 in three districts of the Yaroslavl region, has been completed more than by half.

Since the very morning employees of IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division in cooperation with the territorial administration of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and the administrations of the affected districts have been eliminating the consequences of bad weather. 94 first responding and repair crews of Yarenergo totalling 487 people are involved in emergency and restoration operations. Brigade equipped with 99 units of the necessary equipment. The crews have 99 necessary vehicles. To help in the aftermath of the snow cyclone additional resources were engaged — 10 crews of contractors, 39 people, 10 vehicles, as well as employees of FSUE «Forest protection». Coordination of the restoration work is being monitored by the operational headquarters, based at the branch.

The power supply is planned to be restored completely by the end of today.
