Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region published their integrated annual reports for 2021, prepared using the methodology of the GRI Standards Global Reporting Initiative and highlighting the UN Sustainable Development Goals that the Companies adhere to.
2021 has been declared the Year of the Customer. In the reporting year, the Companies paid great attention to the implementation of projects to improve the quality of services and improve relationships with customers, as well as to expand the range of additional (non-tariff) services.
All these aspects were reflected in the Annual Reports and served as the choice of the Report topic: Interaction with consumers - for Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Diversification of activities - for Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
The reports contain a detailed description of the sustainable development management system in the Companies, describe climate and environmental risks, as well as risks in the field of information security. A significant place is given to targets in the field of personnel and social policy, environmental protection, information on policies and processes for exercising due diligence in ensuring responsible supply chains is described in detail.
