From the beginning of the year Lipetskenergo’s experts processed more than 53 thousand applications from consumers

From January to August 2016 inclusive, IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division received 53,690 requests from consumers, an increase of 10.5% over the same period last year.

Lipetskenergo provides a wide range of value-added services: from installation and replacement of metering devices to design and construction of energy facilities. So, more than 2,656 customers referred to specialists for the replacement of obsolete electric power meters. 1,110 people used the service "Grid connection support". The service "Provision of resources" is still popular, the number of requests in this area was 1,039.

In 2016 Lipetskenergo continues to implement the project on the development of such a service as "Performance of work related to the customer's competence in the implementation of the grid connection procedure" ("Grid connection support"). The main objective of the innovation is maximum simplification of the grid connection procedures. When ordering the service the customer receives full range of activities relating to the processing of documents and connection of a facility to the grid on the "one stop" principle. This allows considerably to save time and money. The service is mostly designed for small and medium-sized businesses, as it allows to implement grid connection of electric power installation of up to 150 kW.

For the convenience of customers there is also the service "integrated grid connection", which includes all activities, ranging from visiting a customer’s site to assess technical capabilities of a facility to be connected and finishing with harmonization of documents with regulatory and supervisory bodies and their subsequent provision to a retail company to conclude a power supply contract. 776 such applications were filed in 2016.

Today, you can connect to the grid for 90 days, whereas before the connection took about a year. The term of issuance of contracts is 7 days. With the urgent need to supply electricity to consumers there is possibility of connecting facilities on a temporary basis, which does not require capital construction by the grid company. The development of interactive services played a significant role in improving customer service, such as filing of applications for grid connection of electric power installations up to 150 kW remotely and tracking its performance online on the official website of IDGC of Centre in the section "Clients". As well as acting since 2015 SMS-notification on implementation of steps of the grid connection procedure.
