For electricity supply of Yeletsky section of SEZ "Lipetsk" being under construction power engineers of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division deployed in the village of New Olshanets in Yeletsky district a 110 kV mobile modular substation of 25 MVA. To energize the consumer "Lipetskenergo" further will construct here 800 metres of a 110 kV power line.
The substation is intended to be a temporary source of power for the construction of a new regional industrial and production zone "Yeletsprom" and Yeletsky section of the federal special economic zone "Lipetsk". It will perform its functions until the date of commissioning of a stationary substation.
The effectiveness of the use of this unique equipment in solving problems of temporary grid connection of facilities under construction the power company already evaluated in creating the supply circuit of a car plant of "Motorinvest" LLC of IRITO Group in Krasninsky district of the Lipetsk region. For quick supply of electricity to this facility "Lipetskenergo" was marked with a letter of gratitude from President of the company.
The use of mobile modular substations is one of the high-tech innovative solutions, implemented today in the energy sector. Thanks to their compact design mobile modular substations can be quickly moved to any area to the point of connection to the grid. The substation is designed as two separate units with the possibility of transport by road. In one, which is heavier, weighing 62 tons, there is installed gas-insulated switchgear with control gear and with a 110 kV circuit breaker (GIS), as well as a power transformer. In the second there is 10 (6) kV switchgear with all necessary control and protection systems - a remote control system, ventilation, fire alarm, fire extinguishing and automatic air-conditioning, heating and lighting. Inter-unit connection is made with 10 kV flexible cables of special design. Operating temperature range is from - 45 to + 40°C.
The main advantages of the use of mobile modular substations are the possibility of their quick connection - within 72 hours and low maintenance. The remote control system installed at the substation allows to remotely control equipment that does not require staff at the facility around the clock.
Please, be reminded that in the territory of Yeletsky section of SEZ "Lipetsk" it is planned to locate enterprises of mechanical engineering, machine tool, automotive, automotive components and accessories, agricultural machinery enterprises, robotics, enterprises for production of medical equipment, electrical and power equipment. This will ensure the further development of not only Yeletsky district, but the whole region.
According to the forecast performance indicators the investment potential of residents of the new site of SEZ "Lipetsk" by 2025 will amount to 176 billion rubles, which will ensure the creation of 10 thousand jobs. In this case, the total amount of deductions to budgets is expected to reach 10 billion rubles.
