Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region won the Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition

The 2024 annual reports of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC were recognized as the best in the categories of the prestigious annual competition organized by Moscow Exchange. This year, 119 companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, representing various sectors of the economy, participated.

Rosseti Centre won in the category “Best Annual Report of a Company with a Capitalization of Up to RUB 40 Billion”.

Rosseti Centre and Volga region’s annual report won in the category “Best Corporate Governance Disclosure”.

The topics of the annual reports traditionally focus on the companies’ key areas of activity: increasing the reliability of electricity supply, developing infrastructure, implementing modern technologies and digital solutions, strengthening financial stability, and improving corporate governance. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of ESG principles, increasing openness and transparency of business, and the companies’ social initiatives in the regions where they operate.
