Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre’s Group, held an operational meeting, at which, among the important issues on the current agenda, they summed up the results of 9 months of 2024 in the direction of “Interaction with customers”.
During this period, the company’s customer centre received 3.8 million requests from residents of 20 regions of the Central and Volga Federal Districts.
The meeting considered various channels of communication with consumers implemented in Rosseti Centre’s Group for prompt interaction with consumers.
It was noted that “Customer Day” remains one of the effective tools for communicating with consumers - its demand remains at a fairly high level. Over 9 months of 2024, the “Customer Day” was visited by 12,915 consumers. Thanks to face-to-face communication between branch directors and residents, issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
“Interaction with the population, prompt information about the current situation through various services, a built-in dialogue with heads of municipalities, as well as directly with residents - these are all the communication formats that we use today, and we do not stop looking for new ones. We are aimed at further reducing the number of requests, fulfilling all obligations to our customers remains a priority for us”, noted Igor Makovskiy.
