Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region entered the TOP 20 IR rating based on the assessment of the work of Russian issuers with private investors

Rosseti Centre (the ticker – MRKC) and Rosseti Centre and Volga region (the ticker – MRKP) are among the top twenty Russian issuers in terms of interaction with private investors, according to, the largest independent community of private investors in Russia.

The team analyzed the performance results of more than two hundred companies in 2022 based on twenty criteria. The final IR rating (IR – Investor Relations) reflects the level of information disclosure by issuers to private investors - individuals and is an important metric of the quality of corporate governance. Based on the analysis, Rosseti Centre scored 64 points and took the 15th place, in turn, Rosseti Centre and Volga region received the 16th place with a score of 63 points.

The rating results reflect the Companies’ desire for continuous dialogue with shareholders and investors using various communication tools. The total number of shareholders of the two companies has exceeded 110 thousand and will obviously continue to grow. Taking into account the changing profile of the Russian stock market, the Companies are personally observing the strengthening role of private investors both in matters of trading liquidity and the request for high-quality and timely disclosure of information. Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region will continue to maintain a high level of business openness and will increase their online activity in interaction with the investment community.
