Igor Makovskiy: A digital personnel health management system will strengthen preventive medical work at the primary level

During a visit to the Leninsky district of Tulenergo’s electric grids, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy visited the health centre established as part of the digital project “Personnel Health Management System”.

The head of the company got acquainted with the work of a modern software package that allows to remotely, in automatic mode, conduct a medical examination of the company’s personnel.

Thanks to this software, each employee has the opportunity to see the results of a medical examination online, and managers can conduct daily monitoring of the health status of staff.

“The implementation of this socially significant project will allow us to strengthen the system of preventive medical work at the primary level, to form a new approach for our own health with the power engineers, the need to monitor it not from case to case, but systematically,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
