2006 — commissioning of SS-110 kV “North”, SS-35 kV “Malinovka”, implementation of the project Digital DEN“.

2007 — commissioning of SS-110 kV “Donets” in the site of Belgorod CHP, the beginning of the project implementation of the automated control system for street lighting “Helios”.

2007–2008 — construction of 11 overhead lines of 110 kV from the 330 kV substation “Frunzenskaya”.

2008 — installation of voltage boosters; the beginning of the implementation of the automated electricity metering system for residential customers and small businesses with smart meters “Neuron”, purchase of SUVs Mitsubishi L-200 with GPS-navigation, radio communication, a laptop computer for first responding mobile crews.

2009 — commissioning of SS-110 kV “Mayskaya”; the transition to RAB tariff regulation; the beginning of the implementation of the energy-saving project “Smart City”; a pilot project to implement “System of monitoring transformer substations 6-10/0,4 kV”.

2010 — commissioning of SS-110 kV “Krapivenskaya”; commissioning of two 35 kV package transformer substations “Christmas” and “Jubilee” in Valuysky district; construction of Cable Line using XLPE insulation; the beginning of performance of work under voltage; construction of a system-wide training centre of Belgorodenergo in Valuysky district of the Belgorod region.

2011 — implementation of the OMS/DMS project; implementation of the project GLONASS/GPS monitoring and control of vehicles “AutoTracker”; continuation of the project “Belgorod: Smart City — Smart Grid”.
