Subject of the Agreement:

The Licensor undertakes to grant the Licensee the right to use the “Estimate and Regulatory Base for Maintenance and Repair” database under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license, and the Licensee undertakes to pay the Licensor the cost of the granted right to use.
