Payment of Remuneration to the Management Bodies and Procedures for Adopting Resolutions on Payment of Remuneration

IDGC of Centre pays remuneration to members of the Management Bodies of the Company in accordance with the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies”, Articles of Association of the Company and internal documents:

• Regulation on the remuneration and compensations payable to the Members of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre;
• Regulation on the Management Board of IDGC of Centre;
• Regulation on Material Incentives of General Director of IDGC of Centre.

Disclosure of the individual remuneration amount is performed subject to current Russian laws on personal data.
